Documentation shines in a new look 👗
Not all task types have the same requirements, but one thing is certain.
If you want to ensure that what has been done and what still needs to be done is transparent and can be traced over time, you need to document this clearly and in the right place. 💡
Documentation with a new look!
The documentation section on the individual work items will have a new look before the start of spring. You will find it in the same place as before, but the handling has changed slightly.
Why was it time to give this feature a new look? The main reasons are as follows:
Faster and better performance
the documentation is now presented "from a single mould" (the sections are created within the text and no longer separately)
the feature can now be expanded further, e.g. joint, collaborative editing (in time) and much more is being planned
As the documentation is now one section (no longer divided into several units), you can now easily navigate within the chapters and sections using the Tab and Enter keys. Once you have familiarised yourself with the new options, editing becomes much easier, faster and therefore more efficient.
Of course, all data will be migrated and the existing documentation will be available as usual - simply in its new guise.
You can find the updated instructions for this feature here.
